What is a Healing Circle ...
and Why should I come?
We gather together to receive the energy and sound healings of Shaman Rob and Sound Healer Annie Stephany. Rob uses ancient techniques to help transmute energy blockages and suppressed emotional patterns into supportive life force energy flow. Rob channels high vibrational healing energy that raises the vibrational rate of the body, allowing for deep inner healing. His healing is centered on the removal of negative imprints that have built up in our energy field. Annie uses her voice, crystal bowls and drums to create cascades of pressure waves that facilitate deep inner healing.
Together they hold a powerful space for healing in which you are able to travel to your heart center for the opening of truth. Together we shift and heal, and from this space we can go into the world more whole, healthy and happy ... more able to bring miracles to ourselves and others in our lives.

The Creative Process to
Inner Guidance with
Katherine Skaggs
Access the blessings of your divine guidance through meditation, visualization, creativity and writing. Work with your angels, totem animals, dreams, personal symbols and gifts to the world. Celebrate who you are! Through the process, create a Blessing Book for your incredibly, divine Self. This will help serve as a roadmap for your Inner Guidance and Self Love to express.
Drawing, painting, collage and writing will be the vehicles after the meditation and visualization process to bring forth imagery and Divine messages. These inspirations will be recorded into your personal Blessing Book. This guidebook will help you to access and remember your inner wisdom on a regular basis. It will assist you in returning to your center, remembering your dreams, and receiving your divine blessings.

Intuitive Painting with
Katherine Skaggs
Join Katherine in exploring your creativity and opening to your intuition through the painting process. If you want to open to your creative self, develop self-trust and access more of your divine guidance, this is a wonderful class for you. Both artists and non-artists are invited to join in learning how to access their creative Selves through the intuitive painting process.
Katherine will use guided imagery, visualization, meditation techniques, and the painting process (acrylic paint on canvas) to help you access more of your divine, creative self.
In the first week of class you will learn more about the basic process of intuitive painting. Weeks two thru seven you will also learn about the chakras and how to access your divine wisdom through the creative process of painting and meditation. Each week Katherine will use visualization, guided imagery and meditation to take you into one of the seven major chakras, as a focal point and inspiration for your painting.

The Mind, Body & Spirit Self-Empowerment Wellness Programs are offered in 6-week blocks, with one lesson and its accompanying exercises to be practiced for one week before moving to the next lesson. To fulfill the many benefits of the program, we ask that you commit time each day to your exercises and spiritual practices.
1. MBSP for Breast Cancer Patients/Survivors
At least one group will be offered for women (and men) who have or are surviving Breast Cancer. This group will meet for 3 hours each week for six weeks, take at least a one-week break, and then conclude with the second six weeks. We will introduce breast cancer survivors to innovative strategies for becoming active and informed participants in creating a balance between mind, body and spirit through the Mind, Body, Spirit Program (MBSP). Survivors learn about the power of their mind, visualization and healing techniques, dream interpretation, and guided imagery. This group will be a model for future like groups and we will seek grants from the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation to provide further care through the MBSP for breast cancer survivors in the future. Time and dates will be announced shortly. 2. MBSP for the General Public
Another 12-week Mind, Body, Spirit Self-Empowerment Wellness Program will be offered to the general public starting in March. Time and dates will be announced shortly. Please read below for more information on each 6-week segment of classes.
3. MBSP for the other Special Needs Groups
If you have a special needs group (i.e., chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, another form of cancer, multiple sclerosis, etc.), and would like to create your own class time, contact Katherine at 970-213-0241. She will be happy to work with you to facilitate the Mind, Body, Spirit Self-Empowerment Wellness program for a dedicated group of individuals with similar needs.
The first 6 weeks of the 12-week program include:
The first six weeks you will focus on understanding the conscious, subconscious, and superconscious minds, awakening your intuition, understanding where it comes from and how to trust it, learning meditation practices, accessing your inner wisdom for daily insight and inspiration, practicing guided imagery and visualization, learning how to use the power of visualization and imager to create change in your life, learning how to use concentration and memory building exercises, learning how to build greater focus in your life, understanding your dreams and how to apply that knowledge to your everyday life, accessing your healing potential, and learning how to tap your inner healing resources.
The second 6 weeks of the 12-week program include:
The second six weeks you will focus on getting in touch with your emotions; learning how to express your emotions more productively; understanding the intelligence of the heart; discovering techniques for creating greater coherence with the heart, physiologically and emotionally; understanding the ego and developing intimacy; getting in touch with a powerful dimension of yourself; letting go; learning how to let go of situations you cannot control; rhythms of the Universe; getting in touch with your own divine timing; abundance and prosperity; learning to create greater abundance and prosperity in your life; being all you can be!
