Trudy’s Cookie Collections

Our cookie recipes have a long history in our family and celebrate a historic tradition of making fruitcakes and other gourmet cookies.

We use dried and candied fruits such as apricots, pineapples, cherries, cranberries, raisins, dates, and other ingredients in our recipes to create delicious, savory, and delectable flavors. Pecans and almonds are present in most of our cookies, adding a wonderful crunchiness and a burst of protein. We marinate and finish our fruitcake cookies in blackberry wine and/or apricot brandy, enhancing flavors and capturing that long tradition of adding spirits to this savory dessert.

Our cookie collection includes other great recipes using candied ginger and more, keeping with our tradition of creating delicious cookies from fruits and nuts.

A Seasonal Baking Company

In keeping with family tradition, Trudy Fruity cookies are baked to order every holiday season. We accept orders in advance and then deliver freshly baked cookies and gifts according to the following schedule:

November – Our Great Thanksgiving Bake – Cookies ship the third week of November, arriving in time for Thanksgiving Day.

December – Our Winter Bake – Cookies ship December 4, December 18 and/or December 26, ensuring delivery for the popular holidays

Trudy’s Original Fruitcake Cookies – with Apricot Brandy

A delicious dessert or simply a dessert snack any time of the day! We create this
sensation by combining candied and dried orange peels, lemon, pineapples, cherries,
cranberries, and raisins with natural spices. As Trudy’s Original Fruitcake Cookies exit
the oven, they are finished off with a delicate coating of apricot brandy.

Trudy Fruity Cookies – with Blackberry Wine

Lighter, and high in protein and fiber, these delicious dessert cookies have seasoned

This one’s for folks who want their cookie both chewy and crunchy at the same time!
When Gary asked his mom to bake a fruitcake cookie without the fruit, Trudy went
nuts (and gingery!). Featuring candied ginger, pecans, molasses, and assorted spices,

Cookie Tips

• Our cookies are best when eaten within two weeks of receiving them
• Cookies can be refrigerated for up to two weeks
• Freeze cookies for up to one month, then simply thaw and enjoy
• Warm things up a little by heating cookies for five seconds in a microwave
• Serve cookies with ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate sauce...it’s all good!
